The only reason the US (i.e. Bush administration) doesn't need to ask the UN is because the US has an over-inflated position in the world. As for your second sentence, I think that shows the kind of person you are. If all you can do is make homophobic comments rather than a reasoned argument, I think it shows your level of intelligence. Maybe it doesn’t need it, but it should get it under international law.
