Twitter’s success story

The second post of the day which has been lingering in Google Reader for a while now is “Consider Twitter” by Anil Dash. He does a bit of a round-up of Twitter and discusses how such a simple idea could become so popular, citing factors such as the simplicity of updating your status, the multiple means of updating your status, status persistence, platform flexibility, and the social media/social networking format.
