John Dennen gives an amusing review of new film 300. While he notes its inaccuracies (”Xerxes, the Great King of Persia, was real enough and he was present at the battle [of Thermopylae] in person; it is unlikely that he was ten foot tall and had a harem of sex mutants.”) he does note that it is has a loose base in fact.
