Just months ago, Russia cut off gas supplies to entire European countries. Just weeks ago, it was accused of waging a cyber-war on Estonia. Just days ago, it refused to extradite a murder suspect in a case the Kremlin has uncomfortably close ties with. Now, it has threatened to train nuclear missiles on the EU.
